It has been my great honor and pleasure to represent home buyers and sellers for over 15 years. During that time I have earned many advanced designations and accreditations as a professional REALTOR®.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and subscribes to it’s strict Code of Ethics.

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers.

The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation is one of the top designations available to real estate professionals. World class training gives the professional negotiation techniques, approaches and skill to achieve the best possible outcomes give the current market situation and the client’s personal situation.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the professional designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS hold the CRS designation. Realtors who received the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. CRS designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

All e-PRO Internet Professionals are REALTORS who completed a rigorous certification program endorsed by the prestigious NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. Real estate agents and brokers who have earned e-PRO Certification are Internet Professionals who have completed extensive training using the Web and are prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit.

The Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is a nationally recognized certification awarded by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS to real estate professionals who wish to demonstrate and promote – to consumers and their peers alike – their expertise in this varied specialty. The program focuses on developing the knowledge and skill base that real estate professionals need to specialize in buying, selling or managing second homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development or retirement.

Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource. REALTORS with the SFR certification can be a trusted resource for short sales and foreclosures. They are trained to assist distressed Sellers, negotiated with lenders and protect Buyers with confidence and skills to see these transactions through to closing.

The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) is awarded by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS to REALTORS who have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel Seniors, Baby-Boomers, Generation Xer’s, Generation Yer’s and even Millennials. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate Buyers and Sellers.
